Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, adults mix two (2) scoops with 6-8 oz. of water or favorite beverage daily. For best results, take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz. of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- Have it with a meal or after one. The timing above is aimed at taking the edge off your appetite, which makes sense if the goal is to eat less. If the goal is holding onto muscle, we would rather you did not lose the meal.
- Move it to breakfast. Most people get almost all their protein at dinner and very little in the morning. Spreading it across the day does more than the total alone does, and breakfast is usually where the gap is.
- Pair it with resistance work. Protein gives your body the material. Lifting something heavy is what tells it what to do with the material. Neither one accomplishes much on its own.
A couple of notes
Whey comes from milk. Isolate is filtered enough that most people who are sensitive to dairy do fine with it, but if milk gives you real trouble, start with half a serving and see how you feel.
If you have kidney disease, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medication, check with your doctor before starting.
