Nobody gets healthier because of a multivitamin. What it does is cover the small gaps that open up in an ordinary week, the one where the vegetables did not happen and dinner was whatever was fast.

How we coach it
Those are the manufacturer's directions. Here is what we tell our members.
- Take it with breakfast, exactly as directed. Several of the vitamins in here are fat soluble and absorb meaningfully better alongside food. The morning-with-a-meal instruction is not arbitrary.
- This does not replace testing. A multivitamin covers a broad, shallow floor. It cannot tell you whether you are actually short on anything. If you want to know, that is what bloodwork is for, and a targeted single nutrient will always beat a broad blend at fixing a real deficiency.
- Watch for overlap. If you also take vitamin D, magnesium, or a B complex on their own, you are getting some of it twice. Not dangerous at these amounts, but worth knowing rather than stacking blindly.
A couple of notes
The three botanical groups here are listed as blends rather than individual amounts, which is common in multivitamins and means we cannot tell you precisely how much of each botanical you are getting. Every vitamin and mineral is disclosed individually on the Supplement Facts panel.
