Whether taking it as a capsule changes much inside your cells is still being worked out. Anyone who tells you it is settled is selling harder than the evidence allows.

How we coach it
- Give it three months, not three weeks. Nothing in this bottle works on a timeline you would notice day to day. If you are going to try it, try it properly.
- Get the basics in place first. Protein, sleep and movement do more for how you feel at sixty than any capsule will. This is a layer on top of those, not a replacement for them.
- Measure something before you start. Bloodwork, a biological age test, or just an honest note about your energy. Otherwise you are guessing in three months, same as you are today.
A few notes
Resveratrol and quercetin can interact with some prescription medications, including blood thinners. If you take anything regularly, ask your pharmacist before starting this one.
This is our most expensive product. We would rather you started somewhere else and came to it later than bought it first and felt let down.
